We use discreet, professional audio gear during every wedding and elopement:

Lapel microphones (hidden under jackets or dresses) for vows and speeches

Ambience recorders for natural sound — birds, wind, waves, soft laughter

Backup systems to make sure nothing gets lost, even during spontaneous moments

And for indoor venues with sound systems (like city halls or reception venues), we plug directly into the audio feed to record speeches and music in high quality.

This allows us to layer the film in post-production, weaving the raw, real sounds of the day with carefully chosen music.
